📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • As a Mobile UI/UX Designer at Rayyan Systems Inc., you will play a key role in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for our mobile applications. • Working within a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, and other designers, you will take ownership of the end-to-end mobile design process—from research and wire-framing to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design. • Your expertise in mobile design principles will help shape intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement and usability. • You will also contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our mobile platforms. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user needs. • Ensure design consistency and scalability by contributing to the design system. • Conduct user testing and feedback analysis to enhance mobile experiences. • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and platform guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile applications. • Knowledge of mobile accessibility standards. • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam or Sketch for designing mobile interfaces. • Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design principles. • Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements. • Ability to work within cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with developers and product managers. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React Native, Flutter, etc.). • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. • Knowledge of motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
