📋 Description

•We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support our executive team. •Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic guidance on commercial, corporate governance, employment, risk management, and other legal matters. •Help shape our organization's legal landscape and make a significant impact on our team's growth and success. •Provide strategic legal counsel to the executive team on corporate governance, compliance, risk management, employee issues, and contract negotiations. •Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks. •Manage external legal counsel relationships and ensure effective and cost-efficient legal support. •Manage investigations related to violations of RCX's youth protection policies. •Lead internal investigations, compliance audits, and assessments to proactively address legal and regulatory challenges. •Lead negotiations and drafting of contracts, ensuring the company's interests are protected. •Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of legal implications. •Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on company operations. •Provide strategic legal advice regarding data collection, processing, and privacy compliance. •Support intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement. •Conduct training and workshops for employees on legal compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

•Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. •Active bar membership and licensed to practice law. •A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a leading law firm and/or corporate legal department. •Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting. •Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. •Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to effectively advocate for legal positions. •Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. •Willingness to work outside of regular business hours if necessary
