Description

• The Project Manager, Construction will provide technical guidance and support advanced development and construction for renewable energy projects. • This role will be responsible for managing projects from advanced development and construction to achieve commercial operation and turnover to operations customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent construction experience • 3+ years of progressive project management/construction management experience • Renewable energy industry experience, specific to utility scale distributed generation solar (5-30MW projects) • Construction Field Experience • Thorough understanding and implementation of projects in accordance with contracts • Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership and communication skills which extend across all organizational and management levels • Demonstrated ability in leadership of multi-disciplined teams of engineers, outside consultants, suppliers, contractors, regulatory agencies • Experience in development and execution of complex project schedules utilizing state-of-the art scheduling tools • Ability to multi-task and arbitrate between conflicting priorities with clear target setting and follow-through capability in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support project efforts
