β’ As a Performance Creative Specialist, develop and deliver high-performing creative assets that drive user acquisition, app installs, and paid subscriptions across Meta, TikTok, and display advertising platforms. β’ This role entails ongoing creative experimentation, optimization, and close collaboration with marketing teams to meet and exceed performance metrics.
β’ 3+ years of experience designing for Meta, TikTok, and display ads β’ Experience in subscription-based business models and user acquisition campaigns β’ Knowledge of motion graphics and animation for ads β’ Experience using AI to scale static and video ads β’ Data-driven design: experience applying user insights, consumer trends, and data to inform and iterate on creative direction β’ Experience in landing page creative development to improve conversion rate and revenue growth β’ Strong expertise in creative design software like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro β’ In-depth understanding of best practices for Meta, TikTok, and display advertising (IAB standard ad sizes, responsive formats, video durations) β’ Experience with A/B testing and adjusting creatives based on data insights
