📋 Description
• You will be an important part of the Portfolio Management team at re:cap. • You will monitor the ongoing financial health of our existing customers via Open Banking, financial statements and our own-developed tools. • You will be our most important feedback giver when it comes to risk appetite, policy and portfolio adjustments. • You will have a key role in the conception and development of both internal (portfolio) and external projects. • You will be a reliable partner to our customers - you will develop the customer relation further (in credit risk related topics).
🎯 Requirements
• You have at least 3 years of experience at a FinTech credit/risk-Team, in investment banking, or other relevant experience. • You are fluent in German and English. • You have excellent communication skills and can handle sensitive matters with diplomatic delicacy. • You are highly (self-)organized, want to move fast, can prioritise and maintain attention to detail when it matters most. • Experience with tech-driven and distributed companies is a plus. • You have a valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment.
