📋 Description
• verwalten der technischen Aspekte unserer Projekte mit unseren Kunden • Hauptaufgabe: Förderung der externen Zusammenarbeit mit operativen und technischen Kundenvertretern • fungieren als Sprachrohr des Kunden gegenüber wichtigen Abteilungen • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Professional Services, Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung, Support, Produktmanagement und IT • Verantwortung für Planung bis Fertigstellung der technischen Projekte • Verwaltung von Projektbudgets, Zeitplänen und Ressourcen • Überwachung der Datenintegrationsprojekte • Ermittlung von Risiken und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominderung • Kommunikation zwischen technischen und nicht-technischen Teammitgliedern • regelmäßige Projektstatusbesprechungen und Updates für alle Beteiligten bereitstellen
🎯 Requirements
• mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Technologiefunktion • in der Leitung technischer Projekte und/oder im technischen Account-Management • idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder in der medizinischen Industrie • Bachelor-Abschluss in BWL, Gesundheitsmanagement, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich • schnelle, präzise und freundliche Kommunikation • umfassende Erfahrung in Projektmanagement-Funktionen im Bereich der Gesundheitstechnologie • Kenntnisse in der Leitung von Datenintegrationsprojekten • sehr gutes Verständnis für die IT-Architektur • Erfahrung mit klinischen Systemen (HIS, RIS, PACS, ERP) und medizinischen Standards (HL7, FHIR, openEHR) • geschäftsorientierte, lösungsorientierte und unabhängige Arbeits- und Denkweise • starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft, hohe Kundenorientierung • hohe Selbstorganisation und Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte zu verwalten • fließend Deutsch und Englisch
