• Lead the data strategy to enhance funding products and SaaS applications. • Harness data to drive product innovation and improve client outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics or data science roles, with a focus on fintech or SaaS • 4+ years of leadership experience, preferable in a fast-growing environment, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making & scaling data teams • Proficient in data analytics with SQL and Python, with experience in DuckDB and Parquet being a plus • Expertise in machine learning frameworks • Can structure and optimize processes to measure and continuously enhance data quality and machine learning pipelines • Deep experience with modern data stack architectures: Storage: GBQ, Snowflake, Databricks, … • Integration: Airbyte, Fivetran, … • Transformation: dbt • Orchestration: Dagster, Airflow, … • Understand data architectures that can handle high-volume data pipelines and analytics • Can translate complex data findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders • Think strategically about data-driven financial solutions and SaaS applications • Good understanding of the fintech landscape, with particular experience with funding solutions and SaaS being a plus • Familiar with compliance considerations related to financial data and GDPR • Focus on driving business success through data initiatives • Innovative and forward-thinking, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance financial insight • Collaborative mindset and thrive in a dynamic startup environment • Fluent in English, German is a plus • Valid EU work permit and reside within the EU. re:cap does not offer visa or relocation support at the moment
