📋 Description
• RealNetworks LLC seeks a motivated Sales/Solutions Engineer for SAFR™ • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers • Apply extensive technical background and understanding of Access Control Systems • Configure and deploy SAFR applications for customer POC deployments • Train and assist channel partners to implement and configure SAFR solutions • Troubleshoot complex issues with software, cameras, and facial recognition • Lead technical presentations to demonstrate SAFR solutions • Advise technology partners on integrated solutions using SAFR SDK/API tools • Deliver feedback on customer needs to product management and engineering teams • Willingness to travel within Mexico 20% of the year, possibly up to 50%
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology or engineering-related field or equivalent • 3+ years’ experience as a systems engineer or technical support engineer for access control manufacturers or system integrators • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Video Surveillance solutions and cameras installation • Access Control Systems including access control panels, readers and wiring/communications standards • Access control credentials and card formats • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues • Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Linux a plus) • Experience working with REST APIs • Excellent written and verbal communication and technology presentation skills
