Description

• At Reason One, our Designer Leads provide design leadership on projects • Collaborate with product managers, content strategists, and developers in an iterative agile process • Create accessible, inclusive, user centric designs and design systems that exceed our clients needs • UI Design following best practices for web and accessibility • Design system creation • Design presentations to clients, able to clearly communicate the user journey

Requirements

• 5-7 years of interaction design experience in an agency setting • A high degree of proficiency with FIGMA, and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to translate project strategy and client needs into insightful design concepts • Keen knowledge of digital best practices and current trends • Experience with design systems and modular design • Experience creating inclusive, accessible UX/UI— you believe the web is for everyone • Experience as part of a multidisciplinary team • Able to accept and provide thoughtful feedback and strong ideas • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
