•5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 5 years focused on successful field marketing initiatives. •Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and measure the ROI of events from conception to post-event follow-up. •A proven track record of driving measurable results for inside sales organizations. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across departments and external partners. •A passion for collaboration and a commitment to exceeding expectations. •A love for travel; requires an average of travel twice a month (50% per year). •Bachelor's degree or equivalent desired.
