Description

• Seeking a motivated Growth Marketing Manager for member growth marketing initiatives • Responsible for key growth metrics across enrollment and member engagement • Execute outreach campaigns to meet weekly targets • Identify and implement opportunities to expand reach and enrollment conversion • Drive content creation and coordination • Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide goals

Requirements

• 3 - 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup environment • Track record of creating and executing effective email, mail, SMS-based marketing campaigns • Background in consumer/B2C marketing • Previous experience working with older adults (65+) as a target audience a plus • Knowledge of healthcare services a plus • Experience with data analysis tools like MixPanel and Metabase • Comfortability leveraging AI tools to optimize strategy and execution • Ability to work independently and autonomously, taking proactive ownership of metrics and outcomes • High level of comfort with ambiguity and a strong desire to jump in and experiment, then analyze and pivot as needed • Strong understanding of marketing best practices and emerging trends • Ability to prioritize and execute on work across various departments
