Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ad technology platforms for recruitment marketing. • Architect and implement complex systems using Java, Spring, and cloud-native technologies. • Optimize bidding algorithms and ad delivery systems for job ads performance. • Build, scale, and maintain high-throughput data pipelines using Kafka and Redshift. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS). • Design and manage data warehousing solutions using Redshift, Postgres, and Looker. • Develop and manage internal tools enhancing productivity and efficiency. • Drive continuous improvement in system design for high availability and performance. • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers for innovation opportunities. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers fostering an innovative culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering. • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams. • Deep understanding of ad platforms and algorithms. • Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework, with solid experience in OOP and system design. • Strong experience in building and managing data warehousing solutions with Redshift and Postgres. • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. • Skilled in Python for scripting and automation tasks. • Experience building and scaling distributed systems using Kafka and Kubernetes. • Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, Redshift). • Proven ability to lead system architecture and design efforts. • Strong communication skills for conveying technical ideas.
