Description

• Architect, develop and deploy AI and machine learning models. • Model out job index and build re-training pipelines. • Optimize bidding algorithms through predictive modeling. • Lead the design and development of automation systems. • Build, train, and evaluate large language models. • Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with 2-4 years in a leadership or mentorship role. • Proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, TensorFlow). • Advanced machine learning and deep learning architectures, strong skills in LLM development and fine-tuning. • Cloud platforms (AWS) for AI model deployment. • Data engineering and integration, with emphasis on high-volume data processing.
