🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare law. • Law degree from an accredited institution and admission to the state bar. • Comparable to counsel, non-equity partner, or service partner in a law firm. • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare laws and regulations relevant to MSOs and physician practices. • Experience in clinical trial agreements and understanding of related FDA regulations. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, including SEC, FTC, and FDA regulations. • Proven experience in the healthcare sector, ideally with MSOs or physician practices. • Experience in negotiating and structuring contracts relevant to MSOs. • Capability to supervise outside legal counsel. • Familiarity with Cencora’s business within the healthcare landscape. • Strong judgment and ability to plan and accomplish goals effectively. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Proficient drafting and negotiating skills with attention to detail. • Ability to interpret legal trends and apply them within the context of MSOs.
