Description

• Key player in Market Access team at Xcenda. • Lead and oversee assignments autonomously. • Provide senior leadership on multiple client accounts. • Grow existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities. • Responsible for lead proposal writing and contracting. • Manage various project types including brand planning and value proposition creation. • Serve as primary client/project manager.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in managed markets/market access marketing. • Advanced degree required (eg, PHARM D, MHA, MPH, MBA). • 8+ years supervisory experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of the specialization field. • Structured and well organized. • Success within consulting or pharmaceutical industry. • Strong leadership skills. • Broad technical knowledge of managed markets/market access. • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills for long-term client relationships.
