• Managing a remote team of Field Nurses within assigned territory. • Achieving Key Performance Indicators for clinic and nursing operations. • Maintaining customer relationships within assigned territory. • Conducting audits of clinics and nursing protocols. • Reviewing reports related to field nurse training and compliance. • Preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews. • Organizing training for new Field Nurses on departmental policies. • Fostering team collaboration and communication internally and externally.
🎯 Requirements
• BScN/equivalent or working towards the degree. • Registration with the College of Nurses in the province of employment required. • Minimum 5 - 7 years nursing experience. • Minimum 2 - 5 years of management or related experience. • Experience in nurse training & education. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs. • Bilingualism in French/English an asset.
