📋 Description
• Topicals is seeking an enthusiastic education leader who is passionate about all things product and people. • This role will be very hands on, traveling to store locations, providing education, training and organizing in-store events, all in an effort to drive brand conversion. • Internally, this role will work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. • The ideal candidate speaks both French & English fluently, has Sephora in-store experience and the ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have Sephora In-Store experience. • French language skills required. • 5+ years of field sales experience in beauty. • 3+ years of experience working with Sephora store leadership and Sephora corporate/headquarters team members. • 2+ years of national and regional field leadership experience. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Proven record of driving Brick & Mortar sales and incremental lifts in stores. • Experience creating and executing training and education materials across internal and external team members and platforms.
