• Posting closes: Until Filled • Compensation: This is a fully commissioned role • Please Note: this is a mobile role requiring the successful to be remote/mobile in and around the Edmonton Region. • As we come together as one amalgamated Credit Union, this internal opportunity is available to all employees from both Legacy Servus and connectFirst Credit Union. • Servus Credit Union is Alberta's largest member-owned credit union, known for building strong, resilient communities by helping our members feel good about their money. • We're looking for a Mobile Mortgage Manager for the Edmonton area! • As a Mobile Mortgage Manager you play an integral role in the development of quality mortgage opportunities through realtors, builders, renovation companies, associations, and groups to obtain new mortgage opportunities for Servus within an assigned territory. • You utilize your expert knowledge in mortgages and apply technical expertise in the delivery of all mortgage related products/service, including High Ratio Mortgages, Conventional Financing, Construction, and Home Equity Line of Credit Mortgages. • In a nutshell, we are looking for gutsy, smart, and driven professionals to act as a business ambassador and play a vital role in reimagining member financial fitness, the growth and profitability of our credit union. • Present a professional, confident, and informed demeanor that appropriately represents the Servus Brand and Values • Conduct a regular site call program to provide dealers with information and education on Servus’ products and services to develop increased application volume • Regularly attend referral network meetings – showcase yourself and Servus as an excellent partner for their purchasers • Prepare, complete, and submit mortgage applications through Credit Path and/or Filogix, as required • Facilitate the transition of a mortgage approval through to funding • Identify and prioritize suitable prospects to effectively develop and implement a value-added Business Development Strategy to acquire new referral relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• A network of connections with referral sources (ex. Realtors, Builders) • 5 years of proven experience with prospecting, sales, negotiation, and relationship development • Strong mortgage lending and underwriting experience • Professional experience in business development with previous sales experience required • Flexible work hours including evenings and weekends as required, including open houses and trade shows.
