📋 Description

• Directly consult and support on organizational design and change management initiatives. • Assess, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans. • Coach senior leaders on OD and change processes. • Lead thorough assessments and diagnostics for risks and opportunities. • Independently lead interventions for impacted business units. • Provide comprehensive consultation to HR leaders on complex initiatives. • Conduct readiness assessments and present findings clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or Project Management or related field. • 10 combined years’ experience in Organization Design, Project/Program and/or Change Management. • Demonstrated ability and expertise to formulate and execute OD and change management strategies. • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. • Experience and knowledge of OD and change management principles and methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead change and seeks continuous improvement. • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. • Experience in conducting needs analysis and managing complex projects. • Experience with large-scale program organizational change efforts. • Strong presentation skills and communication abilities. • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. • Change Management Professional designation is a strong plus.
