📋 Description
• Practice management and patient support as a Field Case Manager. • Customize program elements to meet needs of physicians and patients. • Develop relationships with physicians and provide ongoing support. • Assist patients with reimbursement navigation and financial assistance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in health care or related discipline. • Minimum five years in healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance industry. • Case management experience preferred. • Available to travel; valid Driver’s License and auto insurance required. • Knowledge of reimbursement structure and processes. • Strong analytical skills; Fluency in French and/or English may be required.
