Description

β€’ The Marketing Specialist will act as the marketing support for Cencora brand with a dedicated focus on 340B marketing. β€’ This role requires hands-on implementation and a balance of planning, execution, management, and optimization of channels and campaigns. β€’ Collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to ideate, strategize, plan, and execute omni-channel campaigns in support of strategic business goals related to the 340B program. β€’ Implement, track, and optimize multiple marketing campaigns across channels to drive growth for the business.

Requirements

β€’ Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. β€’ Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience. β€’ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong presentation skills. β€’ Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. β€’ Strong analytical skills. β€’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. β€’ Some design skills such as PhotoShop, InDesign. β€’ Experience working with industry suppliers such as printers, photographers. β€’ Editing and proofreading skills. β€’ Experience with social media tools. β€’ CRM experience such as salesforce.com preferred.
