Description

• Facilitates business-specific training across business groups and geographies. • Collaborates with the Product Experience team on training program development. • Consults on improving design and delivery of program-level training. • Assesses and determines training needs and effectiveness. • Completes documentation for delivering training.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience. • 5 years’ experience delivering training in a professional or corporate setting. • 3 years’ expertise in delivering role-based or business process training. • Experience in leading train-the-trainer sessions and conducting proficiency observations and assessments. • Available to travel across the United States (up to 50%). • Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry experience preferred.
