• About Redcare Pharmacy: As Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, Redcare Pharmacy is powered by passionate teams and cutting-edge innovation. • About the role: The Lead Product Owner (LPO) of the Product Data Area will lead the strategic vision and execution of seamless product data flows within Redcare Pharmacy. • Strategic leadership: drive the overarching vision for the Product Data Area to establish seamless data flow, automation, and business enablement. • Stakeholder collaboration: build strong partnerships with key stakeholders both within the product development department and within business. • Team leadership and people management: manage and develop a team of 2 Product Owners, with the potential to expand the team based on area needs.

Requirements

• Product ownership: hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. • Experience with products with high complexity and dependencies & developing and executing product roadmaps for more technical, platform products. • People development: you have led a team of Product Owners or Product Managers. • Strong listening skills, understanding team members' needs and challenges, and providing necessary support. • Ways of working: experience working with cross-functional software development teams, applying agile principles to daily work. • Ability to adapt and implement agile methodologies effectively. • Stakeholder management: track record of building strong connections with stakeholders at various levels of the company hierarchy. • Ability to work closely with stakeholders from different business areas to drive value for customers.
