β€’ Red Clover is recruiting for a global non-profit professional organization representing city, state, regional, provincial, and national film commission members. β€’ The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration and operation of the association. β€’ This position directly reports to the Board of Directors, with the Chairperson serving as their immediate supervisor. β€’ While we are open to speaking with candidates across the United States, this position's work hours will be based in Pacific Standard Time. β€’ Our preference is for applicants based in or close to the Los Angeles area.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Degree in Arts Management, Film Production, Marketing / PR, Media / Communication, International Relations, Public Policy, Organizational Management, Cultural Studies or comparable professional experience. β€’ 5+ years of experience working in screen production, location management, Cultural Studies, or comparable professional experience β€’ 5+ years experience in managing teams, resources, programs, events, and projects β€’ 5+ years leading organizational and operational strategies β€’ Have or develop comprehensive knowledge of the screen industries - locally, regionally, and internationally. This includes knowledge of international screen production requirements, tax and incentive regimes, and global market trends etc. β€’ Demonstrated experience in corporate governance, financial management, and organizational management β€’ Firm grasp of the industry trends that impact global film commissions and the film and audiovisual business as a whole β€’ Track and respond to changes within the industry, especially ones affecting members globally. β€’ Familiarity with Google Suites, WordPress, CRM systems, and Project Management tools (e.g. Salesforce, Quickbooks, Asana) β€’ Well developed leadership, and team building skills β€’ Strong project management skills β€’ Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills β€’ Excellent networking, client relationship management, and partnership building skills β€’ Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills β€’ Strong interpersonal skills & emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
