📋 Description

• Assist with blood drive management activities, cover account manager vacancies, conduct ad hoc support tasks and maintain accurate records to ensure blood drives achieve donation goals. • Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required. • Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. • Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to support implementation of programs is preferred. • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively are required. • Good oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills is strongly preferred. • Responsible for providing own transportation for business purposes. • A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required. • Ability to work on a team. • Sales or Marketing Experience Preferred
