📋 Description

• Assist with blood drive management activities. • Cover account manager vacancies, conduct ad hoc support tasks. • Maintain accurate records to ensure blood drives achieve donation goals. • Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. • May schedule education programs for Sponsor contact, recruitment committees, and volunteer telerecruiters.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required. • Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. • Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills preferred. • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively required. • Good oral and written communications skills, including training and presentation skills strongly preferred. • Responsible for providing own transportation for business purposes. • A current valid driver's license and good driving record required. • Ability to work on a team. • Travel throughout assigned territory will be required. • Sales or Marketing Experience Preferred
