• Reddit is a community of communities, built on shared interests, passion, and trust. • Reddit is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help expand internationally. • You will design experiences for international users based on cultural nuances. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve complex problems.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across both web and mobile applications. • Experience in social or consumer-facing products; ideally designing for international users • Ability to navigate complexity independently and bring clarity to ambiguous situations • Track record of demonstrating impact while working closely with Director+ level stakeholders across the company • An influential story-teller with strong written and presentation skills who is adept at bringing others along in their process for maximum buy-in and impact • Strong product sensibilities and point of view with a demonstrated ability to operate as an owner of a strategic vision
