Description

• Responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce system and sales processes to support sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams. • Develop and maintain efficient workflows, calculate and track commissions, and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, with extensive experience in Salesforce administration, including the development of workflows and process optimization. • At least 3 years of specific experience in commission calculation and management. • Proficiency in Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation, workflow automation, and data management. • Strong understanding of sales tech stacks and CRM functions. • Proven ability to track, calculate, and validate commissions, analyze performance metrics, and enforce data integrity. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in conveying performance insights and collaborating across departments. • Experience managing end-user feature requests, vendor evaluations, and system integrations. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively. • Up-to-date with best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to support growth and evolving business needs.
