• The Senior (Sr.) Brand Manager (with focus in Graphic Design) is a critical role supporting REE Medical's revenue growth by creating, maintaining, and evolving REE Medical’s brand definition, standards and guidelines and leading the web design and copywriting team members. • This role leans heavily into graphic design ensuring visual consistency across all mediums, managing company graphics and images, and working cross-functionally to translate business objectives into compelling visual strategies. • This role impacts the overall brand of REE Medical down to the internal communications and experience. • The Senior Brand Manager is a player/coach role, serving in a “hands on” design capacity. • This role requires a proactive individual who can identify areas of improvement in branding and execute high quality graphic content contributing to the overall success of REE Medical. • Supporting the complete team strategy and direction in collaboration with the Director of Marketing. • Owning the goals, the metrics, and team structure for direct reports. • Working in tandem with the Director of the department to ensure complete alignment across the teams. • Leading the respective team members for their success and owns overall team success. • Coaching, mentoring, and tracking each of their teams’ performance ensuring alignment with the overall departmental goals and company strategy. • Owning any team timecards and PTO approvals and servicing as a backup for the overall team when unavailable. • Setting team goals and tracking towards team success, along with owning each team member development and overall group development for marketing skills. • Acting as the lead in interview and onboarding processes for all new team members. • Overseeing the overall performance management process across the team, this can include coaching conversations, reviews as needed, addressing any performance concerns, etc. • Ensuring the total team follows all processes and procedures related to Compliance Programs and safeguarding personally identifiable information / personal health information across the team. • Owning weekly department meetings and bi-weekly staff check-ins to disseminate essential information and updates. • Managing and reporting on team compliance within REE Medical’s policies and procedures. • Owning REE's Branding through the various media formats, such as images, communications, templates, etc. • Developing an intimate understanding of REE Medical's message and tone to accurately capture the brand attributes (logos, imagers, color palette, typography, etc.) in a variety of communication channels; assist with the development of videos and/or graphics for social media, websites, trainings, and various functional areas within REE through collaboration with all required stakeholders. • This includes creating a company brand folder and managing all branding assets for REE Medical, where different levels of stakeholders can have access for various use. • This includes ensuring the folder and all assets are kept up to date for various events and use. • Ensuring quality creation of marketing assets, including ads, graphics, and other content. • This includes owning the entire asset creation lifecycle: Intake, alignment, creation, review and adjustment, and approval. • This includes all creation types such as video, graphic, podcasts, internal communication templates, etc. • Graphic creation includes partnering with the Director of Marketing on branding, target audience, and other creative directions. This role focuses on the creation, editing, and finalizing all graphic products to be used on the website, social media, ads, and other marketing outreach channels. • This can include supporting the Outreach partners for influencer content, supporting the Web Designer in landing page layout and design, and ensuring all copy is aligned with proper imagery. • Internal communication templates are owning and updating all brand guides, e-signatures, slide deck templates, letterheads, etc. as needed within branding requirements. • This also means you are the project manager for all new content creation, partnering with Marketing leadership and fellow team members to ensure all creations are within brand guidelines and aligned in messaging. • This also means you are a key partner with Compliance regarding all marketing assets created for both internal and external usage. • We operate in a highly regulated field; compliance is key to our overall marketing success. Partnering with the department will ensure assets are aligned with any regulations or additional compliance requirements. • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance leaders ensuring high quality execution on all projects and assets. • Serving as the team Media Expert, understanding A/B testing on different medias and impact to ROI and Click-rates ensuring success on created content. • Reading professional publications and/or research equipment or technology in order to keep abreast of relevant industry trends and changes. • How success is measured in this role: • Creation and execution of Clearly defined Brand, including the consistency in brand representation across all visual outputs. • Timely and high-quality execution of design projects. • Measurable improvements in customer engagement through visually compelling campaigns, such as Ad and Social Medial Views, Click Through and Conversion Rates. • Building and implementing brand measurement tools to measure progress in brand reach, brand attribute associations and brand preference.
• 5+ years of Graphic Design, Branding, or Brand Management experience required. • A candidate portfolio must be included in the application, if there is no portfolio, the application will not be in consideration. • You must have 2+ years of supervisory experience with a team of 2 or more. • Must have an expertise in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva) • A Plus in also having some knowledge in video editing software and technologies (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with copy writing and understanding tone for target audience in creating the need to complete a call to action is a plus! • Experience navigating changing priorities and leading teams through time of change. • Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with an eye for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. • Ability to think strategically while still maintaining a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized mindset. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration. • Goal-driven approach with experience leading and coaching remote teams. • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations. • Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities. • Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes. • Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. • Ability and empathy to relate to all levels of the organization. • Analytical and problem-solving orientation. • Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, marketing, or other relevant fields required. An additional 2+ plus years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
