Description

• Sprout Social is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to the Finance team. • Help better position Sprout for future growth while maintaining compliance and integrity at the highest level. • Monthly reporting and forecasting by collaborating with stakeholders. • Analyze trends in P&L performance and communicate the nature of drivers and any risks and opportunities to the Plan. • Consolidate and cleanse data from various internal and external sources to produce concise, insightful analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting or finance experience with exposure to P&L • Excellent Excel and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes • Knowledge and experience with FP&A systems (preferably Vena) and understanding of building complex financial models in Excel. • Performed data reconciliation and consolidation from various internal and external sources.
