Description

• Seeking a highly motivated Commercial Excellence BI Analyst • Play a pivotal role in steering a dedicated team of analytics experts • Support the reporting needs of the Sales & Marketing functions • Designed for a strategic thinker passionate about harnessing data • Drive enhanced reporting, insightful analysis, and informed decision-making • Interpret data and provide data driven recommendations and insights • Reports directly to the Director of Commercial Excellence • Support the needs of the segment’s VP of Sales • Deliver best-in-class capabilities across Commercial Analytics and CRM Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Business or related field • 3+ years' experience in business analyst role with a focus on BI • Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate performance based upon information from disparate sources • Strong presentation communication skills with the ability to summarize and communicate data clearly and accurately • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions • High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
