Description

• Seeking a highly motivated Commercial Excellence BI Analyst • Play a pivotal role in steering a dedicated team of analytics experts • Support the reporting needs of the Sales & Marketing functions in our Power Efficiency Solutions segment. • Work with business leadership to determine needs, provide data insights and enhance business intelligence systems across PES. • Drive continuous improvement, interpret data and provide data driven recommendations and insights to accelerate business strategy and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Business or related field. • 3+ years' experience in business analyst role with a focus on BI • Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate performance based upon information from disparate sources. • Strong presentation communication skills with the ability to summarize and communicate data clearly and accurately. • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions • High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
