📋 Description

• We are seeking a Vice President of Sales in the US to accelerate revenue growth and build strategic sales plans. • This individual should have extensive business development experience focusing on driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Health, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and a good understanding of the regulated industry in healthcare, life sciences, food, and consumer products. • Key Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, leading team development, managing sales performance, and overseeing client relationship management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required • 15 years of business development or sales experience in Consumer Health industries with interest in SaaS • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets • Inspirational leader with a hands-on approach, skilled at building and motivating teams to achieve top performance • Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development • Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels • Deep commitment to customer success, satisfaction and experience • Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions • Proficient in sales stack, Salesforce etc • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment • Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
