β€’ Develops business and retains and services clients β€’ Operates in a direct client facing position to identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through various means such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to achieve specified production goals β€’ Conducts meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services, make proposal presentations, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs β€’ Cultivates relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and cross-sell additional products β€’ Communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies/procedures to new and existing clients β€’ Negotiates terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals β€’ Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of company product information β€’ Stays updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities β€’ Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time β€’ Meets monthly quota goals on a consistent basis β€’ Develops new business and maintains existing business relationships β€’ Maintains understanding of all product offerings and effectively communicates the benefits of these products to customers β€’ Provides timely and accurate sales reporting as required β€’ Attends business/trade events as requested by management β€’ Attends company sales meetings β€’ Frequently meets in person with clients to promote products, sales, and services

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) β€’ One (1) year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related outside sales experience (preferred) β€’ Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals β€’ Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other applicable sales tools
