📋 Description

• Develop and foster a high functioning performance-driven culture • Manage Cosmetri global renewals/account management • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure performance against targets • Actively develop your own pipeline using modern prospecting techniques to create and maintain your own book of business • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and metrics • Work closely with Marketing team to generate leads via marketing campaigns • Recruit, motivate, and manage a team of SaaS Account Executives and Account Managers to meet and exceed performance and recurring software retention goals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with PLM software sales is required • Experience selling into cosmetic industries or similar life science vertical is required • Understanding and passion for sales as a modern profession, including: prospecting, using social selling techniques, identifying buyer personas & trigger events • Proven success in achieving sales goals selling to business owners & executives • A knack for presentation, communication & writing • Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive-level audience • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
