β€’ Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of assigned client implementation and onboarding projects β€’ Develop and deliver to clients a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress β€’ Actively monitor client projects and solve problems to keep projects moving forward β€’ Assist in the creation of media and documentation to support a variety of learning styles (ie AI capabilities, video creation, etc.) β€’ Work with support team to solve technical issues during or post-implementation β€’ Collaborate across multiple teams to promote continuous improvement of software implementation and client onboarding β€’ Utilize data analysis methods to promote high software usage and satisfaction with clients β€’ Coach clients on the best ways to use our software to solve their main pain points β€’ Support sales and service team's annual business review with clients β€’ Help the sales team with software services contract renewal efforts

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role combined with technical product expertise β€’ Very comfortable with clients and providing constructive guidance on their needs & use cases β€’ Expertise with software platforms and solutions β€’ You understand client needs/points and can prioritize accordingly β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with prioritization and focus β€’ Cross-functional skills with an ability to cultivate relationships with all other departments β€’ Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making β€’ An eagerness to contribute to the success of a fast-paced, start-up environment β€’ Ability to deliver highly satisfied client experiences β€’ Ability to effectively manage and lead multiple projects concurrently
