📋 Description

• The Benefits Administration Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing, configuring, and testing various employee benefits administration systems for clients, focusing on Everything Benefits from UKG. • Requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and communication ability with clients, stakeholders, carriers, and vendors. • Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform and providing ongoing support to clients. • Responsibilities include collaboration with clients, configuration of technology solutions, conducting testing and quality assurance, and troubleshooting related issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in an implementation or consulting role. • Strong knowledge of benefits administration software and systems, such as Employee Navigator, EASE, and ADP, with preferred experience with Everything Benefits. • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, insurance carriers, third party vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
