📋 Description

• The Lending Compliance Implementation Specialist is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Ncontracts clients • Executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones • Collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion • Provides consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements • Demonstrates a dedicated focus to clients and establishes immediate rapport and connection • Quickly understands clients’ needs and tactfully addresses challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward • Possesses demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize Ncontracts to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention. • Acts as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process and escalates needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate • Conducts telephone/web-based and/or face-face training sessions with new users. • Serves as the subject matter expert and advocate for the Ncontracts product suite • Consults clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals • Investigates, analyzes, and recommends solutions for client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in Lending Compliance roles required • Knowledge of CRA, HMDA, Redlining, and 1071 required • CRA Certification preferred • 2 years prior implementation or training experience required • Project management experience preferred • Knowledge or Ncontracts’ solutions a plus • Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training • Strong communications and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines • Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and on project teams
