📋 Description
• Lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. • Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Facilitate agile workflows through leading stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Offer training, support, and best practices for content authors. • Troubleshoot content creation and publishing issues. • Provide AEM-related technical support. • Educate team members on agile principles. • Review platform performance metrics and propose enhancements. • Stay informed about emerging technologies and AEM updates.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role, specifically within CMS platforms like AEM. • Strong knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement. • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices for design. • Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
