Description

• The Deal Operations Specialist plays a critical role in the sales process by managing and optimizing deal workflows, and supporting pricing and product implementation initiatives. • Collaborate with sales and cross functional teams to manage the deal desk process to ensure deals are executed efficiently and accurately. • Continuously identify areas for improvement within deal processes, implement best practices, and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and reduce sales cycle times. • Manage and optimize deal desk systems and tools, ensuring they are configured to support business processes and aligned with overall company strategy. • Educate sales teams on deal desk processes, tools, and policies, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to execute deals efficiently. • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Global Business Operations to drive pricing and product initiatives. • Perform system and integration testing to validate functionality, identify issues, and ensure compatibility with existing operations. • Work with project managers and colleagues across the business to track progress on key deliverables and escalate risks to the lead project manager/program manager immediately to be resolved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related studies; or equivalent work experience. • At least 4 years work experience in order management, sales operations or deal desk role. • Strong understanding of project management. • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., CPQ, pricing tools). • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
