β€’ Relocity is reimagining the global mobility experience. β€’ As a Customer Success Manager for Relocity's enterprise global mobility SaaS platform, you will ensure clients derive maximum value from our solutions. β€’ Manage onboarding and implementation processes, support client relationships, resolve escalations, and promote upselling opportunities.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Customer Success Manager (CSM) β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills β€’ Expertise in leading client onboarding and implementation processes β€’ Ability to analyze client challenges and offer solutions β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment β€’ Expertise in driving product renewals and upsell opportunities β€’ Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client projects β€’ Familiarity with managing SaaS products β€’ Strong ability to collaborate with product, sales, and support teams β€’ Skilled in working both autonomously and collaboratively β€’ Quickly learn and understand complex technology platforms β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
