Description

β€’ manage and maintain relationships with key partners β€’ support partner integration processes β€’ negotiate renewal contract terms and pricing β€’ investigate and implement strategies to improve partner retention β€’ handle partner inquiries through Zendesk β€’ create and manage reports to share insights and monitor performance

Requirements

β€’ proven experience in client facing roles and partner account management β€’ excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills β€’ strong analytical and problem-solving abilities β€’ customer service skills focused on seamless partner experience β€’ advanced English proficiency β€’ experience in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel is a plus β€’ ability to adapt to evolving roles and challenges
