Description
• manage and maintain relationships with key partners • support partner integration processes • negotiate renewal contract terms and pricing • investigate and implement strategies to improve partner retention • handle partner inquiries through Zendesk • create and manage reports to share insights and monitor performance
Requirements
• proven experience in client facing roles and partner account management • excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • customer service skills focused on seamless partner experience • advanced English proficiency • experience in Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel is a plus • ability to adapt to evolving roles and challenges
