Description

• Define and drive execution of Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) strategy across LexisNexis Risk Solutions business in North America • Collaborate with functions including sales, product, marketing, professional services, pre-sales and data operations • Responsible for overall performance, including achieving revenue targets and providing excellent customer experience • Identify potential areas of growth for FCC business and define strategies for accelerating revenue • Develop M&A opportunities in line with FCC and business services strategy • Work closely with Product and Data teams to develop FCC Product strategies and roadmaps • Partner closely with Sales to win new business and expand existing relationships • Provide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, and industry trends

Requirements

• Have 3-5 years of applicable experience in market planning or similar capacity • Have a Bachelors degree in applicable subject • Cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organization • Previous experience managing revenue and performance of a business line or product line • Additional skills required include business acumen and strategic planning, disciplined management of team and agenda, critical thinking and analytical skill, and strong interpersonal and communication skills • Domain expertise in the FCC space
