• Act as the primary point of contact for the partners you manage, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Remedy is exceptional • Nurture and expand partner relationships to foster long-term partnerships and mutual growth • Drive the growth of business relationships, expanding Remedy’s reach by identifying new opportunities and enhancing existing partnerships • Measure and enhance customer satisfaction through a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS), quantifying the exceptional level of service we provide • Identify and qualify potential partners within our network using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to prioritize leads effectively • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales activities with overall business objectives • Utilize Salesforce and Gmail automations to streamline tasks and improve communication efficiency, ensuring that all partner interactions are logged and actionable items are tracked

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer success, partner management, or consulting role within the tech industry with sales and marketing experience as a huge plus • C1 English level, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engage with partners at all levels (C-level executives, technical leaders, etc.) • Proficiency in managing partner expectations, delivering feedback, and handling escalations effectively. • Ability to think critically and influence business outcomes through consulting and technical solutions. • Proven track record of managing partner relationships and growing revenue growth preferably within the tech industry • Strong understanding of the consulting firm's core technology offerings and solutions (e.g., software development, product development) • Strategic thinker with the ability to craft and execute impactful account plans. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, crucial for managing multiple partner engagements simultaneously. • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Gmail, with a strong ability to implement and leverage automations for business efficiency • Self-starter who is motivated and capable of working independently as well as in team settings
