• Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, our Senior Manager of Platform Engagement & Growth will play a central role in expanding the reach and impact of Remo’s caregiver-facing platforms. • This role will serve as “the voice of the dyad” and sits at the nexus of our clinical, product, and growth teams. • Our team will rely on you to cultivate a deep understanding of our dyad’s needs and push out strategic insights and initiatives that support marketing goals and ultimately, our revenue goals. • This person will drive forward the development and implementation of marketing strategies, content, and programs that augment Remo’s brand visibility, build trust and credibility with our target customers, and increase member enrollments.
• Have at least 8-10 years of experience in marketing • Have at least 5 years of experience working in healthcare, crafting messages geared towards patients and/or providers • Are deeply curious about what makes people tick and passionate about connecting with them in authentic, meaningful ways • Have experience working in product marketing (launching new product lines) • Are comfortable with ambiguity and iterating quickly — you’re unafraid to take the first pass at something to move things forward • Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Have your own engine — do see what needs to be done and raise your hand vs. needing to be told what to do (and/or how to do it) • Are equal parts creative and strategic, with a deep understanding of what really matters to people and a clear sense of what it takes to break through the noise • Crafting messages to reach/resonate with older adult populations • Have a passion for creating community experiences that uniquely and empathetically address a specific patient or customer experience • Have experience driving patient engagement with a digital health service
