Description

• As the Sr. Director, Growth & Development, you will be a part of our Insurance Division’s leadership team. • Oversee the growth, management, coaching and recruitment of your sales team. • Ensure a high-performance culture that aligns with Porch's vision and values. • Responsible for B2B marketing to independent agencies. • Manage and optimize the profit and revenue goals of your sales department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 15+ years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry with deep experience working with independent insurance agents • Previous experience creating a profit driven agent acquisition and agent management strategy • Demonstrated success leading business development and agent management numerically • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Able to effectively and diplomatically interface with all levels of management and personnel • Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels and attain desired results • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools • Ability to travel as needed to meet with independent agents, attend industry and other work-related events
