Requirements

• 3+ years experience of shaping stellar SaaS designs for thriving tech startups, leaving a mark in B2B; also welcoming wizards with a B2C touch. • Showcase a portfolio rich in web app design finesse, proving a knack for clean and impactful product visuals. • Elevate product strategy dialogues with high-level thinking, articulating design decisions with clarity. • Navigate technical nuances seamlessly in design decisions, showcasing a holistic understanding. • Take charge of the design process, thriving as a self-directed team player in the dynamic development landscape. • Problem-solving enthusiast, relishing complex product challenges, and dedicated to solving the right problems. • Laser-focused on UX, backed by a keen grasp of human behaviour, and a flair for visually pleasing, grid-savvy designs. • Possess an eagle eye for pixel-perfect design execution; meticulous in getting every detail spot-on. • Analytical and data-driven, ready to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. • Knowledge/experience in programming and understand how engineers work. • Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems. • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills. • To be a constant and learner, coupled with a commitment to sharing knowledge and promoting team-wide expertise.
