• This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal impact in the global employment space joining our Benefits team as Benefits Operations Specialist. • This individual contributor role is part of the EOR (Employer of Record) Operations team. • As a critical extension of our clients’ HR teams, EOR Ops team members navigate and advise on the intricate paths of global employment with unmatched speed, expertise, and precision in over 90+ countries. • On this team, your work directly influences our customer journey and employee experience with their Benefits. • As a dynamic and curious professional, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself as an experienced international Benefits Specialist. • You will report to our Benefits Operations Manager.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits ideally in the context of delivering US PEO services • Obsessed to provide an excellent customer service experience • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact internally and externally at all levels • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively across various tech tools • You are a manager of one • Writes and speaks fluent English • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
