Requirements

• experience building and scaling Sales Operations in a high growth environment • knowledge and experience with forecasting and opportunity management as well as analytics in Salesforce • solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results • enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality • resolves and assesses a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approaches based on business context • excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate /translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences • team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take a leadership role • high ability to foster relationship building and network with senior stakeholders • significant experience in a similar role • people management experience required • writes and speaks fluent English • remote experience considered a plus
