• This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Senior RevOps Specialist, joining our Sales team.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of operations (business, revenue or sales preferred) • Experience leveraging tools like Leandata, Zapier, Camunda or similar to automate processes • BSc/MSc degree in Management, Business or a similar • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organisational skills • Expertise in all phases of a project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. • Exceptional resourcefulness for solving problems and making strategic decisions in uncertain situations • Strong organisational skills, autonomously balancing multiple priorities and optimising critical paths • Advanced experience in root-cause analysis • Deep SFDC expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools • You possess a good understanding of process design, an eye for detail, and have a drive to make things more efficient, repeatable and scalable. • Data-driven and continuous improvement mindset (system thinker) • Previous experience with Business Process Methodologies (BPM) (preferred) • SaaS and B2B experience (preferred) • Experience working remotely is considered a plus (preferred) • Previous experience working for a global startup (preferred)
