Description

• As the first Revenue Operations Manager at Vizcom, you’ll create a scalable systems foundation critical in revenue growth. • Optimize and streamline processes across go-to-market functions, oversee analysis and improvement of key revenue operations, ensuring alignment between departments, and supporting strategic decision making through data driven insights. • Manage revenue forecasting, improving CRM systems and connectivity with other go-to-market systems, territory management and planning, quota & compensation planning, and develop actionable reports.

Requirements

• 4-7 years in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software • Proven track record of scaling revenue operations from early-stage to growth-stage ($5M+ ARR) • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CRM and experience with sales tools like Gong, Prospect, and HubSpot • Strong analytical skills and experience in territory planning and management • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, particularly in product-led growth models • Experience partnering and scaling with a fast moving enterprise sales team. • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
