β€’ Drive operational efficiency across the funnel β€’ Ensure alignment with sales and marketing β€’ Monitor, analyze, and optimize the marketing funnel β€’ Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across platforms β€’ Provide detailed reporting and analytics related to campaign performance β€’ Train and support marketing and sales teams on tools and best practices

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role β€’ Advanced expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) β€’ Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis β€’ Ability to think strategically and execute methodically β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills β€’ A/B testing β€’ Salesforce Administration Experience β€’ Administration experience for a robust Marketing Automation Platform β€’ Experience in enterprise-level ABM (Preferred) β€’ Certification in relevant marketing technologies or methodologies (Preferred) β€’ CRO skills (Preferred) β€’ Advanced data analytics skills (Looker, BI, Tableau, etc.) (Preferred)
